Broken Rules is an independent Austrian game studio, founded by three former Computer Science students. Our major focus is the online game market, publishing our games on all major game download portals for PC, Mac and game consoles. Our work is all about innovation, simple yet revised game mechanisms and interesting interaction within a virtual world. We deeply believe digital games to be the most vibrant and dynamic form of entertainment today – continuing to be so in the future – while remaining aware of what else is out there.
Our first ciritically acclaimed title And Yet It Moves has impressed with enhancing players abilities in a 2D platformer and challenging their navigational skills in a visual distinct world made of ripped paper. Through our nominations with And Yet It Moves at IGF 2007, Europrix TTA 2007, IndieCade 2007 & 2008 and others we have found great partners in Steam, Greenhouse, Nintendo and many more.
We are interested in continuing to develop small and innovative downloadable titles for the Wii, iPhone, PSN, or, if needed, any of the other major platforms.Beschreibung des Töchtertagablaufs
